A Winfield man was accused of having child porn in his iPhone, court record show on Tuesday.
23-year-old Harminder Singh-Hira is accused of three cases of possession of child pornography.
He posted a $ 8,000 bond on Wednesday.
Singh-Hira knew a victim in an unrelated crime. Northwest Indiana Major Crime Task Force Detectives wrote that he received two videos when Singh-green allowed the police to find a phone in his case on February 28, 2023.
Both of them depicted girls in “sex acts” with adult men, stated in the affidavit. His identity was unknown.
