The man accused the mother of his two children of killing and then kidnapping two of his young girls, on Monday afternoon after a virtual presence in the court without bail.
According to the office of New Hampshire Attorney General, 37 -year -old Dustin Duran was produced in Berlin District Court on charges of killing a second degree. The prosecution requested that it be held without bail due to the severity of the allegations against him, saying that the decision should be made in a better court. Raksha did not debate.
He is scheduled to appear in court for a possible reason for hearing next time on 13 March. He is currently being held in the Cheshire County House of Correction.
Police found 31 -year -old Catilin Nafzigar dead on Thursday night in an apartment in Berlin city. The children and their father were found in an Applebee parking in the city of Kayne, about 170 miles away. Officials said people saw the car identified in the warning and called the police.

Tony Hansen saw Duran’s arrest in Keine. He recorded a video of the officers, pointing to the guns at the White Subaru and Durene came out of the car with his hands, then slowly returned to the officers.
“The man complied with the requests of all the officers,” he said. “Further officials pulled and they were able to get the man out of the car and take him to the ground safely.”
The authorities then removed both the children from the vehicle, which Hansen described as “distraught”, but apparently safe.
The major discovery for Dustin Duran wanted to abduct his daughters – who said that Berlin was bound by a suspected death in New Hampshire – an APPLEBEE’s restaurant ended on Friday.

Fuller, who owns the petu ice cream store of Rick across the road, said that there were no sirens and the incident looked relatively low key and controlled. He noticed that only two officers draw their weapons while others were not.
Fuller said that his approach was partially unclear, but he saw an officer holding a little girl and then a woman came and put two blankets on it. He said that an ambulance also showed.
He said that he immediately knew what was happening because he had received amber alert.
“I was just surprised that they ended in the kine,” said Fuller.
Officials issued Amber alert after 4 -year -old Elowin Duran and 1 -year -old Valin Duran at 4 am on Friday morning.
Officials had said that the father was probably armed and dangerous and should not be contacted. He was running a white 2017 Subaru Impreza with experienced license plates, which was last seen in the capital, Concord.
Fmela said that the police first responded to the Main Street Apartment at around 10:30 pm on Thursday, where they found the body of Nafzigar. Before the children were found, they were last seen in Berlin at around 8 pm on Thursday.
According to media reports, Duran and Nafzigar had lived together for almost four years, but were not married. He allegedly reached New Hampshire about a week ago and was planning to go to the state.
