Hormani’s biological mother, Crystal Sori, was in court to read the verdict, and said that she later got relief to pronounce the verdict against the father of her late child.
“I think for a second he thought he was going away with something, but he did not go away with nothing,” Sori said, Adam called Montgomery a coward to not appear in court.

The lawyers of Montgomery admitted as part of their arguments in their defense that they misused physical evidence and misused the girl’s corpse, but urged that she was convicted of those allegations and others were denied.
Harmoni’s body has never been recovered, although Sori and officials hope that it will be found. He was killed in December 2019, but was reported to be missing only two years later, when Sori Manchester was able to reach a sympathy officer in the police department, which began looking at the case.
Manchester police chief Alan Aldenberg said, “She is perhaps feel and feels what we are able to do.”
Adam Montgomery was found guilty on all allegations, including a second degree murder for the murder of his daughter Harmony, New Hampshire prosecutor Ben Agati and Manchester Police Chief Alan Aladenberg spoke to reporters what happened to bring the case and what is the girl’s body to bring about what the case means.

He and leadership prosecutor Benjamin Agati hoped that a person could come forward with more information about Harmani’s body, although they were not expecting Montgomery themselves.
Agati, who called it “a huge relief”, jury Montgomery for his crimes said that the end of the test more clearly said to the authorities saying that they believe that the body of harmony is likely to be in the Revere area, where he had gone into a rented day, the day he had dumped his body, which was in a Kavvas Bag.
“If you look at this bag, if you hear about this bag, if you walk in one of these areas … then please tell us,” said Agati. “There is a high probability that there may still be some parts of it that we can fix.”
Soon on Thursday, a decision may be taken in the case of harmony Montgomery murder. The jury discussion began on Wednesday after hearing the closed arguments. Adam Montgomery is accused of killing her daughter’s harmony in 2019. He has been admitted to abuse her and prove physical evidence wrong. While defense argues that Adam is not innocent in Harmony’s death, he says that his prestigious wife, Kayla Montgomery, was the back of the murder.
Thursday was the second day of the idea of the gamblers, and just an hour before the afternoon – about an hour before the verdict – he asked a question, “Consciously disregarded” demanded the definition of the court of the phrase. The court had asked the legal definition of mental state to “carelessly”, and to use general knowledge and decisions when implementing the definition.
The question appeared to be related to the charge of murder of another degree, which is facing Montgomery-this involves negligent behaving with extreme indifference to the value of human life, and the definition of negligence involves a person “aware and conscious-conscious and disregard a sufficiently and unfair risk in part of the definition of negligence that will cause a certain result.”
The jury closed arguments on Wednesday before starting discussions in a two-week test. The gamblers consulted for about two hours before giving holiday for the day. He resumed discussions around 8:45 am on Thursday morning.
In closing the earlier arguments during the day, Raksha Attorney Caroline Smith said that Montgomery shifted the body and hid it because of “a very misguided faith”, to do so “to keep their family separated from bursting”.
Adam Montgomery did not kill his daughter’s harmony, his lawyer said in court at the end of the murder case, although he misused the girl’s body. See the full argument of public defender Caroline Smith here.
But prosecutor Benjamin Agati narrated a different story to the gamblers. He said that 34 -year -old Montgomery was angry that his daughter was doing bathroom accidents inside the car, which he was living after being expelled from his house. He said that Montgomery punched him in his head until he died.
Agati said, “He has his car, and his anger and his fist,” later, “he does not find a headstone in the ground above the head. He is not on peace and death because what he did, because he can’t risk telling anyone where he is.”
Sori, Harmani’s mother, cried and covered her ears several times because the firefite used to talk in court.
Adam Montgomery killed his daughter Harmony, senior assistant New Hampshire Attorney General Benjamin Agati said in court at the end of the man’s murder, arguing that he was “an angry tyrannical who had no business”. See its complete closing argument here.
Adam Montgomery is serving a 30 -year jail sentence for an unrelated gun sentence and has not participated in his trial. He said in the court in an unrelated case last year that he loves “unconditional” harmony and did not kill him. He has requested not to be guilty on the charge of murder.
Montgomery lawyers have admitted their crime on two low allegations, that he was “deliberately and illegally removed, hidden or destroyed” and proved his corpse and physical evidence wrong.
Montgomery also faced allegations of attacking her daughter in 2019 – giving her a black eye – and witnesses of the leading prosecution, her prestigious wife, Kayla to tamper with Montgomery, who is the stepmother of harmony.
Investigators believe that Hormani was murdered in December 2019, although he was not reported missing for almost two years. Kayla Montgomery testified that the body was hidden in the trunk of a car, a cooler, a roof vent and a workplace freezer.
Adam Montgomery had harmony with harmony. Sori, who was no longer in a relationship with her, said that last time she saw harmony that a video call was on a video call in April 2019. She eventually went to the police, who announced that she was looking for a missing child on 2021 on the eve of New Year.
Pictures of harmony were widely broadcast on social media. The police eventually determined that he was killed.

Kayla Montgomery is serving a 18 -month prison sentence after being convicted for lying during a grand jury testimony, where she was last seen. He was not given immune, but admitted the defense lawyers that he did not face any more results for police or prosecutors in his statements.
Kayla Montgomery testified that her husband repeatedly punched harmony in her head as the girl had wet herself. He said that his family, including two young sons of the couple, were evicted and they were living in their car. According to Kayla, Adam punched harmony in several stop lights as he moved from the Methadone Clinic to a fast food restaurant on the morning of December 7, 2019.
She also testified about handing over food to children without checking harmony, the latter discovery that harmony was dead, and her husband hid the body, including a roof vent in a homeless shelter and walk-in freezer at her workplace.
Kayla testified her husband with the remains of Harmony in a rented truck in March 2020, and she did not say where she was going. After that, not for a long time, she began to doubt that she could go to the police, so she punched her with black eyes, she said. She eventually ran away from him in March 2021.
Toll data suggests that the truck several times crosses a major bridge in Boston. Last year, the police searched a marshy area in the ravere of Massachusetts, without finding the body of harmony.
The lawyers of Adam Montgomery said that the only person who knew how harmony died – Kayla – was lying. He said that Kayla said that she had already died before Kayla at that time, and Kayla was alone with her at that time.
“He was an instigator and equal partner,” Smith said. “He did not impress her. He impressed him, and most importantly he did not kill his daughter. ,
But Agati described Kayla, “as a woman who accepted an uncomfortable and terrible truth, when she failed in a moment of life when her character was put in the exam. She did nothing to help help in harmony, nothing to stop her. He did not kill her. He only did it.”
