Delaware State Police has arrested three persons for a series of shoplifting incidents.
Officials said on February 14, 2024 at around 1:53 pm, Troopers for the report of a shopkeeper 1515 N. DuPont Highway responded to Wawa located in New Castle. Some time later at around 2:10 pm, Trupers responded to Wawa located at 183 Airport Road, New Castle for another report of a shopkeeper. Both shoplifting was reported as an unknown masked black male, who jumped behind the sale counter, caught cigarettes from the performance, and then ran out of business without rendering payment.
The suspect ran away from both businesses in a Gray Christler 200, in which two unknown white women were occupied with delaware registration. Around 2:17 pm, a Trupener on the petrol saw Chrisler traveling west on the Pulski highway, before it was parked at Wawa on the 1605 Pulaski highway in the bear.
