Chad’s Cheesecake, which is located in 15 W Harris Avenue at the center of the downtown la grang, is a sponsor to present for this year’s restaurant week, and is doing his share to woo the dinner in the scene of La Grange, one offers two slices for the price for one, one concession annual membership, and 10 % of one is from a full face or 10 %.
The Chad’s space sits in the space once occupied by the Arseli bakery, and when it was closed in 2021, Chad and Becky Newell captured the space and immediately began to renew it.
Becky said, “I was hired from the La Grenj Business Association as the new La Granz Farmers Market Manager,” and I was talking to the director at an LGBA meeting and she was talking about the need for a sponsor for the restaurant week.
Restaurant Week – An LGBA event – runs from 22 February to 3 March, with Chad not only the presenting sponsor, but a new participant.
This year’s incident has become a winter tradition in La Granj, and the normal post-holiday is the end of the slow period. Visitors of the city area can avail food special from 27 different establishments.
While many familiar restaurants in La Granj, such as Palmer Place, GP Italiano and Kama Bistro, are new to many establishment celebrations.
Apart from Chads, this year is new to Wu Sushi, Mak House, and Marco’s Kitchen, one of the prestigious restaurants of North America, The Dearona Award of Excellence Honor is the recent winner.
Although most of the participants of this year are in the downtown business district, some, such as the brother’s Mexican Grill, 1014 S. La Granz Road provides an incentive to exit the business district which has become one of the busy city areas of suburban Cook County.
Becky Nevel talked about how she and her husband Chad wounds in the business of making a premium cheesecake.
“Chad always made Cheesecake, he had a really good recipe, and he made it for a lot of family and friends for years,” he said. “He started back in 1998, and my father always loved his cheesekek.”
When Becky’s father became ill and died in 2016, he discovered an old Facebook post to talk about an upcoming party, in which he urged him that “don’t forget to don’t forget Cheesecake … it’s best.”
“It became our tagline,” she said.
In honor of his father, Becky originally decided to sell cheesecakes from Mason Jars, work out of his home and donate $ 1 out of every sales to lung cancer alliance.
Newells continued the tradition of giving this day, donated all the income for an alliance on his father’s birthday and the day he died.
“It became really popular, and then I started selling a couple restaurant and then I went to the grocery stores … and we just moved and it became popular,” said Becky.
LGBA Executive Director Kathy Domanico talked about the importance of the restaurant week in the city area.
“La Granz has emerged in a food destination,” he said. “People will be able to sample the unique menu from Marco’s kitchen, work bistro, elm, stake and wine, and more,” he said.
She went on to praise Marco Cost and her employees, praising Marco’s recent award, given that it was opened in April 2020, when the epidemic’s uncertainty was at its height.
Dominico urged the mentor to receive the post -cheesecake dinner slices in Chad’s Chads.
