Washington (AP) – The President Joe Joe Biden’s age, demanding a spotlight on the age of Biden, will make a public hearing with the Special Counsel of the Department of Justice next month, who found evidence that the President had misinformed the classified information when he was out of the office, but who also concluded that criminal allegations were not warned.
The House Judiciary Committee, the Conservative Firebrand Rape Jim Jordan, will hear with Special Advocate Robert Hurur on 12 March, according to two people, who used to talk anonymously to discuss the hearing so far.
The White House refused to comment on the plans.
The committee has included the investigation of the House GP in Biden, including an attempt to impeach them. While the effort has provoked, Republicans want to hear from Hur after their report last week, offering an ineffective assessment of Biden’s merit and age.
The report described the memory of 81 -year -old Democrat as “poor” and “significant boundaries”.
The President angrily pushed back on that account and said that his memory is fine.
The hearing is sure to spread into a political spectacle as the House Republican has consistently sought to use hearing to punch holes in the political weaknesses of Biden. Voters are already concerned about Biden’s age and qualification in an election, where he is likely to face 77-year-old Donald Trump, a former Republican President, who is a clear front-colon for his party enrollment.
Under Trump, Maryland was appointed as an American Attorney, found some evidence, suggesting that Biden maintained a classified information as a private citizen, but said the evidence was not strong enough for an prosecution. To bring a criminal case, he cited the possibility that Biden himself would introduce a jury “sympathetical, well, an elderly man with a poor memory.”
Prior to releasing HUR reports, the White House and Biden’s individual lawyers objected to two people familiar with the letters, Hur and Attorney General Merick Garland objected to the characterization by the special lawyer in letters who spoke on the situation of anonymity to describe them.
The lawyers wrote to Garland, “His report includes the allegation that the President has a failed memory in a general sense, an allegation that has no law enforcement purpose,” wrote to Garland, who appointed Hur for the role. “The powers of the President generally remember are uncontrolled and baseless for a global and Pejorative decision.”
House speaker Mike Johnson said at a press conference this week, “A man is also being held accountable for classified information, of course unqualified to the oval office.”
Trump is facing criminal allegations that he denied classified documents wrong. Trump has sagged about his memory, but legal proceedings states that he does not remember some incidents.
