Plymouth man allegedly fired gun at friend’s home after fight outside bar – NECN

A man suffered a judge on Monday for running a gun at the end of this week at Plymouth of Massachusetts and killing several houses.

A 25 -year -old Plymouth man Joshua Fijarld was arrested on Saturday, when officials said that a one -time fight inspired him to shoot in buildings on North Spooner Street that morning.

Fijarld on Monday produced the court to face 19 allegations, including several murder attacks, as well as to carry a gun with a dangerous weapon and a gun.

The prosecutors said that Fijarald was involved in a fight with a friend outside a Plymouth Bar, which stems from the alleged commentary about the victim’s sister.

The victim said that the police had some drinks near Fijarld and took the cocaine that evening, described them with a confrontation, which is known to be aggressive towards friends and strangers.


In the court on Monday, the prosecutors said that Fitzgerald posed a threat to the victim to “boom”.

The authorities accused Fitzzerld of coming back and firing twice in buildings, killing almost one people from inside.

No one was hurt in the incident.

Fitzgerald was arrested outside his house on Breley Road, where he is initially accused of denying police orders. Police say they found a live 9 mm round in their car, and that a handgun and magazine fell out of his sweater.

His parents did not want to comment. His lawyer said that he has no pre -criminal record.

Fijarld returned to court on 15 March for a dangerous hearing.
