The incident occurred in the field of Northeast 19th Avenue and 183rd Street on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Miami-Dad police, an off-duty Miami-dad police officer was with his family in his private car, traveling south on the 18th road, when he attempted to turn left and fired a subject on his car, killing Fender.
The officer nor his family was injured.
The description of the officer’s individual car is not clear.
Detectives have placed one out on a lookout alert in search of an adult male, which was seen leaving the scene in a late model origin car, either dark brown or black.
North Miami Beach police called the shooting a “Road Rage Inscent” on X.
A witness, talking to the 7news of camera, the same shot was removed.
He said that he felt that it was a tire popping and then saw that a black lincoln navigator turned into a plaza, with a pill hole behind it.
A neighbor, who has been in the area for decades, said that she was shocked to see the scene on Tuesday.
“People are getting so bold. They don’t just care now, ”said Jennis Sessions.
The authorities placed a evidence sticker towards the driver behind the navigator.
“I hope everything will be alright and everyone is fine,” the session said.
By 10 pm, the shooter was still on a large scale.
The Miami-Dade Police Department is currently leading the investigation.
