South Burlington, VT. 49 -year -old Lisa N Hebert died peacefully at home on February 20, 2024, who was surrounded by her family. Four years ago, he was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, he fought boldly and was not defined from his illness. He did not lose his fight for cancer, but defeated the way he replied. Lisa continued to lead an active and full life, including running and eliminating the historic Boston Marathon in 2021 during chemotherapy, which increased by more than $ 21,000 for the Dana-Farbar Cancer Institute.
Bube for Bill and Carol Boutwell, Born in Mass, he was a classic middle child between his brothers -in -law, Michael and Julie. He graduated from Vinchester High School in 1992 and then enrolled in the School of Business at Fairfield University. He excelled in Fairfield and graduated with a degree in accounting. In graduation, she was the recipient of 1996 Franke Wolpe Award for Excellence and Achievement in Taxation.
He chose KPMG so that he could return to the Boston region, and it was certainly a lucky decision because it was there that she met her soul’s partner, Chris. He used to enjoy being young and living in the city until Chris was accepted at a medical school in Vermont. Lisa thought that Vermont was away from Boston as anyone could move forward and was intended to return to the city after four years, but he quickly fell in love with Vermont and never left.
She moved to KPMG Burlington after the birth of her son Dewin. When Chris was in school, she was the only breadwinner and was also running the family. During this period, he somehow found enough time to finish his master’s degree in taxation from Bentley University. Rachel was born four years later, and the family was completed.
Working in KPMG, his customer Biotech asked her to join the company as his tax manager, and she was excited by this new challenge. Many years later, when Biotech was sold, he quit working for the Lionhart Holdings and a minor family and spent the last five years, who continue to do so despite his health challenges working for the most amazing people.
Lisa was ready to volunteer for her services for any reason and was on the board of several South Burlington PTO, Milton Artist Guild, Warmont Swim Association and Jose Pond Association. She was also an assistant professor at Champlane College to teach a tax course.
Lisa was a hobby for water, as she grew up to spend summer on the Winnipas lake in New Hampshire, and after going to Vermont, she enjoyed spending time during summer on Joe’s pond. In 2020, Lisa mentioned Chris that he should buy his house on Joe’s pond. As usual, Chris agreed. During the last four years, she preferred to entertain her friends and family and was building a new house.
What did Lisa like the most and the source of her greatest pride was her two children. Through his guidance and love, they have developed in amazing young adults. When anyone needed to help meet the swimming team, she was not just a volunteer, but was certified as an officer. He took Rachel to Irish dance competitions across New England, and he spent countless evenings playing Baseball, Football and Param Frisbi.
His family is heartbroken, but there are better people to love him. They will miss him a lot but will never forget his amazing feeling, smile and courage.
Lisa is alive by her husband, Chris; Their children, Devin and Rachel; Her future daughter -in -law, betty; His mother and father, Bill and Carroll Boutwell; Her in -laws, Palm and Joe Hebert; His brother, Michael (Barbara) Boutwell; Her sister, Julie (Greg) Stanton; And his brother -in -law Tim (Trish) Hebert. She was also a lovely nani for many of her nephews and nephews and enjoyed a special relationship with her best friend since college, Candy Trangez.
His family wants to thank the medical team at the Dana-Prabar Cancer Institute and Massachusetts General Hospital for his care in the last four years. They also want to thank all the employees of the almighty family and Lionhart Holdings, who traveled continuously for Boston, which was very easy for him. For him, the family is always grateful.
