Gracelake Central Sophomore Point Guard knows the importance of free throw in Mosi Dravine Playoffs.
Her two elder sisters, Rosie and MK were the leading players for Ram, and Mosie Drawin remembers all her games, especially in Postsen.
“I have been coming to the game for so many years to see them,” she said. “It was very good to see them because they are such a good player and taught me how to become a good team partner.
“After seeing them winning, it really wanted me to win, so this year has been so special.”
The 2019 graduates were part of the Rosie Dravline, four straight North Lake Country Conference Champion. MK Drawin, 2021 graduates, were three -year -old starter and in 2020 helped Rama proceed to class 3A Super Poeture.
Now this is the turn of Mosey Drevline. On Tuesday, she missed three of her six free-three attempts at 2:45, but she scored eight points and top seed Gracelake Central defeated the fourth seed revival 59-45 59-45 in the Class 3A Anticial Semifinals.
Junior Guard/Forward Madison Hoffman made a thick first half to fill the state sheet with 24 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks and Rams (26-6), who won 14 games in a line and will play the 10th seed in the sectional championship game at 7 pm on Thursday evening. Hoffman’s sister Peytan, a freshman guard/forward, had 11 points and eight rebounds, and junior guard Annie Wolf had 12 points and seven boards.
Drevline said that it is inspired to improve on the free-thro line.
“I don’t get in that position yet,” he said. “I think it was the heat of the moment, but the next game I will do better.”

Regardless, Drevline impressed Rama with very important energy when he resumed the game in the fourth quarter to stop a hurry of the turnover. His speed created problems for the bandits (21–11) at both ends of the court, and he hit a bridge-up 15-foot to pads Ram’s lead up to 47–40. Gracelake Central abolished the scoring on eight of its last nine assets.
“When you bring energy, it’s too much fun,” said Dravline. “I just tried to play at a high speed and rotated the ball here and there and tried to help us get the best shot.”
Gracelake Central Coach Steve Eken said that his familiarity with Dravine sisters allowed him to push Mosie Dravine early in his career. He was immediately handed over the key of Ram’s crime in his new season.
“It is a difficult task to start in a point guard as a new person,” said Ikane. “He learned from this and did a good job last year with the passage of time. We have talked a lot about the fact, as a point guard and you play the schedule we played, that you will have some ups and downs. ,
IKENN said that Drevline, which is 4.4 points, 2.0 rebounds, 3.0 aid and 2.0 theft, is not an attractive player who sees opponents.
“He is really good at bringing us into the flow of things and really handles the pressure,” Ikane said. “He is also a very good scorer that people do not realize. She does not score a ton, but she makes big shots and does not object to taking important shots. We will not be here as our point guard without him. ,
A captain Wolf said that Draweline has benefited from Ram’s difficult program in its first two sessions.
“Mossey is so soon, and she knows how to read her peers,” Volf said. “These hard teams were improved by playing it, and even handling the pressure to be a point guard, they allowed them to take steps for these games at the end of the season.”

Madison Hoffman, a three -year starter, named the Conference Player of the Year, said that the continuation of the dravine is an important reason for Ram’s success.
“We can always rely on Mosie,” said Hoffman. “She is able to pull the rescue to her, and she looks at the floor well.”
Drevline said he is excited to add his name to family history with RAMS, whose five -year conference title ended in 2022. Drevline has won two conference titles, with Drevline, Gracelake Central.
“It’s so good,” Drevline said. “My sisters have been a big role model for me. I love the game as much as they do. They taught me the importance of teamwork and how to be happy in good moments and not very little or high and enjoy the team.
“I like how our season is going.”
