Stay calm and do nothing stressful. I realize how I will see sleep factors and perform on the set, so I try to get it as much as possible.
What is your routine before the shoot?
Very sleepy. Macha or tea -when it is available, it is before shooting, and a lymphatic massage. On a specific week day, it is pilates and 12 hours of sleep if I do not have work. My team (cough, cough) overwork me, and now I am worried that I am going to get sick!
What are your Go-Two products?
A good cleaning balm, face wash and sunscreen. I want completely blush and concealer. I like a hair mask, hair oil and heat protectant to keep my hair long and healthy. For curly styles, I use pattern beauty, and my favorite orb for everything else.
