For a long time, community volunteer Ben Brajoska was sworn in to fill a vacancy at the Montgomery Village Board on 12 February.
He fills the vacancy caused by Tom Batsinger’s recent resignation, which resigned from the village board in November, which was named after the new executive director of Oosgolland Park district.
Brzoska will serve the remaining term of Betsinger, which is ending in April 2025. Brzoska, his wife, Linda, and his three children built their homes in Montgomery in 2004.

Bruska’s professional background includes a 27 -year career with Lions International and his current supply chain and logistics work as the Chicago Sports Marketing Firm Manager.
Their community volunteer activities include Rotary Club of Montgomery, Montgome Citizen Police Academy, Planning and Zoning Commission, Beautification Committee, Historical Conservation Commission and part of the Montgomery Foundation.
