Mesa, Ariz.-Chicago Cubs left-handed Jordan Vicks has attained an in-tradition look of his new manager.
Craig Counsel had a front-ru seat for the worst start of Wicks. Supported by six runs in the first innings in Milwauki, Vicks allowed three runs in the first and second innings and knocked out after 1 2/3 innings. Hard outing started six, in which he conceded 11 runs for 3.00 ERA.

“When the game starts moving at a slight speed, when they start receiving the runners and this way, how do you reset? What are your mechanisms to go? Vicks said. “This is something that I am playing in spring training, try some things and just go from there.”
Wicks is expected to see that this spring ideally included your slider more as a more effective secondary option.
