Kiss frontman Paul Stanley discusses artistic impulse behind his paintings, now on display at Wentworth Gallery – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

50 years after rocking the world, who left it in December. The band’s frontman, Paul Stanley, is not looking for a hobby. He has kicked his art career at some point. Deco got a look at his latest work at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino inside the Casino.

As a member of Kiss, Paul Stanley conquered the universe with a guitar in his hands. These days, he makes with a paintbrush and lets him talk to his artwork.

He says that he never knows what is going to happen.

Paul Stanley: “Picasso said that if he had to describe himself as an artist, he would say that he is an artist without a style, and I like the idea that it always converts into something else.”

Whether it is his first, picture-based work or his current influential picture, a characteristic has always added Paul’s work.

Paul Stanley: “I always like color. For me, color is a way to confirm life. Life should be colorful. ,

What is the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer watching in the painting process is simple. He is searching for ease.

Paul Stanley: “I want to go ahead and away from making some more plans and allowing it to be fully organic. He, for me, is the pure understanding of who I am. ,

Kissing was always known as a band that put his fans ahead of his critics. As a visual artist, Paul is clinging to that belief.


Paul Stanley: “You don’t need to tell what is good. Easy, you know what is good. Good that takes you emotionally in terms of art or music. ,

You may think that making a painting and recording a song is a lot. This is where you will be wrong.

Paul Stanley: “For me, music and art are almost opposed to each other. Music is very structured. As I reach the art, it is not structured. ,

Paul has a special message for all his sophlow fans.

Paul Stanley: “I am very happy to come down in South Florida. I have spent a lot of time here. I am here since the days of Jai Alai, and I love South Florida, and I love you, and come to see me. ,

Paul Stanley was in hand till 9 pm on Friday at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino at the Ventaworth Gallery. He will be at the Ventaworth Gallery in Boca Ratton on Saturday.
