Scheduled Tribes. Louis, MissSouri (KMV) – David Morris is on the mission of the Graduate College for 50 years starting in 1973.
His dream of obtaining a 4 -year degree came true during the commencement of the collapse of Harris Stove State University. He was 74 years old. Morris made history as the oldest graduation.
“Don’t lose courage. If it is worth it, you found to fight for it,” says Harris Stove Graduate David Morris.
After drafting the army, his discovery to obtain his degree began.
“I went to that stage and it seemed that everyone was really happy for me,” Morris says. ,
There are disadvantages of his brothers, sisters, wife and daughter, and a stroke in 2007, which will have to overcome their dreams before making them true.
He says, “Nothing is easy.” “If you tell someone your dreams and they are not laughing and shake your head at you, then you are not having a very big dream.”
Karen Czmarko was his student success coach.
“He is someone who is so, this is not a dream. It’s something I am going to do,” HSSU Academic Advisor Karen Czmarko says. “You are never old, and never delayed.”
Morris told First Alert 4 that it is now a big dream.
“I still have not done, he says. I am going to law school.”
Now after learning the 75 -year -old aspirations, a local lawyer has voluntarily worked to help Morris go to the law school and pass the bar.
“You can achieve anything you want.”
