A Gary man is facing a murder case after a court record, suggests that he threatened a woman over the phone at the Regional Mental Health Center.

When he showed wearing all black and a ski mask in the afternoon, he was arrested by the Eastern Chicago police and found a loaded AR-style rifle, loaded handgun and additional ammunition in his car.
