A Gary man is facing a murder case after a court record, suggests that he threatened a woman over the phone at the Regional Mental Health Center.
When he showed wearing all black and a ski mask in the afternoon, he was arrested by the Eastern Chicago police and found a loaded AR-style rifle, loaded handgun and additional ammunition in his car.
The affidavit does not show that he physically hurts the victims or others inside the building. The lake has reached the office of the County Prosecutor for post-Tribune comments.

The Eastern Chicago Police responded to the Regional Mental Health Center, 3903 Indianapolis Bowde on 14 February.
The woman told the East Chicago Police that a regional patient Lindsay-Binam, calling her on 14 morning, was evicted to “not to follow the regional guidelines”.
He became more angry as soon as he spoke.

The woman said that she had threatened other regional facilities. He called 911.
Later, Lindsay-Binum showed all black and a black ski mask at 12:28 pm. The police was already there. They asked her to remove the mask.
“Okay, you’re here. Now we can talk to them together, ”Lindsay-Binam told the authorities.
He asked his name.
“I’m not giving you (explain),” he replied. “I had already told you, talk to them inside. They will tell you why I am here. ,
The officials told him that they were arresting him.
“I am not going to do (anything),” he said.
Lindsay-Binam bowled in his fist, then tried to get away from the police. The officials had to stop him, then he handcuffed him.
In a police car, he allegedly pulled out of a window and then unfit for his seat belt, climbed out and ran towards his car, said in the affidavit.
He was stopped again and put in a police transport van.
Police found rifles, handguns, magazines, ammunition, another black ski masks and gray gloves in their Dodge Challenger.
