The report of Hampshire County Depot, 26 -year -old Jason Shingleton of Pargitsville, was last seen in the early morning on Sunday morning. He was reported missing on Monday morning.
Deputies said that a resident saw Shingelton’s vehicle on a creek bed with a US route 50 near the intersection of Fox Holo Road.
Shingletton was fired from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
