The plan to transfer unheard residents living in the Mefair Hotel at La Grand Hotel is going “smoothly”, the acting director of the interim housing for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority told a city council committee on Wednesday.
The first phase began on 7 February, focusing on linking about 77 untoward residents for limited subsidies and other permanent, supporting housing resources at La Grand Hotel.
