The decision is putting the future of IVF treatment at a week after the Alabama Supreme Court pronounced the fetus under the state law.
While clinics in Alabama start preventing fertility treatment as a result of the decision, patients in Massachusetts said they are worried about what can come next.
“In the last few days, I just keep thinking about it constantly. I am very worried, ”said Rebecca Shauur.
Schauer imagined his first child, though IVF two years ago. He has four other frozen fetus stored in Boston IVF and said that the ruling has worried him about the impact on his family’s plan.
“This is really total illusion, total nervousness,” said Shauur.
Boston IVF stated that all remedies, including fetal storage, remain unaffected, but advocated the fear that the US Supreme Court may change if he agrees with Alabama’s decision. Republican President’s optimist Nikki Haley said that she does.
“For me, fetal children,” Haley told NBC News.
Meanwhile, Gop Frontrunner and former President Donald Trump have supported IVF and called Alabama MPs to find immediate solutions to preserve the availability of services in the state.
Democratic President Joe Biden cried V. Reversing the Wade, ripped the verdict as the “direct result” of the Supreme Court’s decision to return the rights of abortion.
“Today, in the US in 2024, women are being away from emergency rooms and forced to travel hundreds of miles for health care, while doctors are afraid of prosecution to provide abortion. And now, a court in Alabama has reached some reproductive remedies at risk for families that are trying hard to get pregnant, ”Biden said. “Women disregard these decisions for themselves and their families disregarding these decisions are derogatory and unacceptable.”
An Alabama court verdict on IVF remedies, Republican Party Post Ro V. Wade has shown a new mistake, and can play in the 2024 presidential campaign, called political commentator Su O’Conel.

In Massachusetts, advocates of reproductive rights stated that the ruling is a wake-up call.
“I think it’s just an unpredictable next step to find a fetus to be a legal baby, and the results can be very wide,” said Poly Crowsier, director of Family Advockey in Glad.
Crowdier stated that when he hopes that Massachusetts remain a beacon for fertility treatment, war on reproductive rights may result in results everywhere.
“This is the reason for every American to understand that we are actually spreading to dangerous ground,” said Crozier. “There is nothing in only one state at this point.”
In a statement, Rebecca Heart Holder, President of Breeding Equity also destroyed the decision.
“Not only did this decision risk IVF and family planning in Alabama, but it paves the way for the use of remote ‘fetal personality’ law, which can be roughly banned for abortion, contraceptive and aided breeding,” said the heart holder.
Schauer said that he is not only concerned about his fetus, but is also concerned that it will be even more challenging for paternity for many others.
“I hope Massachusetts are quite progressive and my rights are safe here, but you just don’t know,” Shauur said.
