A family friend, accused of killing 11 -year -old Audari Cunningham, was to take the girl from Texas to her school bus stop when she found the authorities in a river, her body in a river, according to the court documents issued on Wednesday, the officials left the house in their vehicle about a week ago.
According to a Capital Murder Criminal Criminal Complaint filed against Don Steven McDogal on Tuesday, a large rock from his body was tied to his body when Houston was found on Tuesday in the Trinity River in the Trinity River in the Trinity River in a rural area north of Houston.
The Audari’s family reported her to disappear on 15 February when she failed to return home after school. Investigators found that she never found a bus to go to school that morning.

McDogel was arrested on Friday on charges of an unrelated attack and was not clear whether he had a lawyer who could comment on the capital murder case. The justice of peace issuing the complaint did not know if McDogal had so far hired a lawyer, but he had indicated that he did not want a lawyer appointed by the court.
A backpack that officials believed that the lake was found near Lake Livingston Dam on Friday. The lake is one of the largest reservoirs in the state and was built with a dam on the Trinity River.
Leone has said that there is “adequate evidence” in the case. He said that cellphone data was used to help identify places to view and the local river authority slowed down the outflow of the reservoir to help the water search teams.
“My heart hurts with this news,” Lyon said on Tuesday.
District Attorney Shelli Siton of Polk County has not said whether his office will seek death sentence.
Audri lived with her father, grandparents and other family members, officials said.
Houston’s court records from Brezoria County to the south of Houston, show McDogal in 2008 did not have a competition for two hooliganism to woo a child and was sentenced to two years in jail.
Sheriff said that the body of the audary was taken to the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office in Houston to determine the cause of death.
A candlelight memorial was planned for the audary on Wednesday evening at Livingston based on an outdoor site.
