From the Champlain Housing Trust (CHT) and Evernorth (EN), Naylor & Breen Builders are requesting subcontinent and vendor proposals from eligible firms for the eligible firms for the rehabilitation project. Located in Shelburn, Vermont, the Bay Ridge Apartment Rehabilitation Project has a new form of existing hotel buildings in 20 small apartments. Renewing includes renewal of a complete intestine, including new power, HVAC, insulation, new finish, new sprinkler and fire alarm systems, kitchens and openings. External work includes excavations and backfills for the insulation of the foundation. Please note that the price of these two buildings needs to be done separately.
Schedule: Estimated in April 2024 with a 9 -month construction period.
The project is under Davis Bacon Wage Rates, Section 3 Wage Reporting and Buy America, Build America Act. The project is not tax-free.
Construction Manager and all subcontinent will follow Section 3 requirements. Minority owned, women owned, locally owned and stream 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to respond.
A walkthrough has been set for Tuesday 20 February @ 9:30 pm. The last day for questions is Friday 23 February @ 4:00 pm. Questions asked via telephone will not be considered.
