New Chicago Bears OC dodges talking about QB

Shane Waldron’s introductory news conference at Halas Hall offered some clues for Sleiths, trying to crack the case what Chicago Bear would do in Quarterback in this offsen.

The team’s new aggressive coordinator responded to the most popular debate in Chicago Sports as Justin Fields provoked defenders as they fly from pockets. Waldron got away from a question about evaluating areas and danced another around USC quarterback Kaleb Williams, which bears could draft with the number 1 pick in this spring.

But to replace Luke Getty, Beers a month after hiring her, Waldron said on Thursday that she believes her crime does not matter who is in quarterbacks.

General Manager Ryan Poles mentioned last month that adaptability would be a major component of aggressive coordinators interviews, and coach Matt Eberflus again stressed in presenting its new coordinators on Thursday. Waldron believes that after working with several quarterbacks with Los Angeles Ram during his four sessions and three as the Seattle Sehox aggressive coordinator.

“From the point of view of a player, in general, a lot of conversation on crime revolves around adaptability,” Waldron said. “What can you do with different pieces of puzzle based on each year? It is going to have its own personal year in this league every year.

“Proud of being an aggressive system, a group of coaches that can adapt and adjust the plan to a player’s skill set. It is our job that we are great teachers and to keep other people in the right position and in the best position for our personal success, to lead our team’s success. ,

Poles, Eberflus, Waldron and the rest of the beer staff and coaches will hit the NFL Scouting Combination in IndiannaPolis next week, to carry forward their evaluation of draft possibilities, which include quartbacks such as Williams, Drake May of North Carolina and Jayden Daniel of LSU.

Asked what he thought of Williams, Waldron said that his college evaluate “more common, seeing all these people performing at a higher level under the national spotlight.” He noted that the bear planned to start his draft process on Thursday afternoon.

For fields, at one point Waldron referred to what beer showed in quarterbacks, “ability to be explosive, to be a playmker, to work with schedule.”

But when asked about the evaluation of the farms, Waldron said that his early weeks in the Halas Hall were about building their employees and setting up a foundation for their crime with new coaches. The group includes a return to passing game coordinator Thomas Brown, quarterback coach Kerry Joseph and aggressive line coach Chris Morgan, who have been promoted to run game coordinator.

Beers, Waldron said, “Personnel evaluated now” will “allow us to take some decisions not only at that place but also at all spots.”

On one side, vague answer, Waldron certainly expressed enthusiasm about what lies ahead to the bear in the coming months.

He admitted that NOS 1 and 9 drafts were part of attraction in coming to Pix Chicago, saying that it was “not going to happen much often.” He said that the main player – “including the quarterback” – was also a draw, as the relationship between the poles and the Abberflus.

“You walk through the building and you really feel that you are really excited about the direction that is going on,” Waldron said.

While Waldron avoided responding to Fields and Williams, he was happy to talk about a separate quarterback.

He helped his experience to Jeno Smith of Sehox in the “incredible” in 2022. He focused positivity and focus with which Smith operated, no matter his position, and he said he could draw that experience of developing a working relationship.

“There was an unbreakable mentality that it was an early quarterback in NFL, which I think is a part of the idea process that is going to be every quarterback and every player in this league,” Waldron said. “And so to be lucky enough to work with a man who had the mentality, and then to be able to develop a relationship with him, the synergy, where we can meet and feel, ‘Hey, we are on the same page that everything is going on,’ It was something that I will take with him from that moment.”

Waldron also brings three sessions of experience as a play collar with Sehock, there was nothing at the NFL level when the bear hired him.

Waldron said that it becomes as natural as it does, and it has become more comfortable and calm, knowing how to get information from other coaches in the moment and the best partition-secure decision for the team is to take decisions.

“And then it is also realized: this is NFL. Everyone is good,” said Waldron. “There are rescues that are going to be great every week and they can do a drama here and there, and it is capable of moving forward like a player. Hey, if you play a bad, then let’s go right to the next game. He can be the best of the next game. Do not allow the call.

“So more and more representatives you find on something, more and more you do it, more and more comfortable I think I have become in those scenarios.”

In a few months, Waldron must be more open to talk about quarterbacks, for which he will call the plays.
