In a long view, Chicago BlackHox remains the winners.
Here and now, while losing the Columbus Blue Jacket 5–2 at the United Center on Saturday, it is difficult to dress up the ugly performance, which were their sixth straight.
Reconstruction is a procedure, which will definitely be aid by better draft lottery obstacles as the team’s last place.
But repeatedly it has been said that the players are competitive by nature and “they don’t like to lose the circumstances,” Ryan Donato said, who scored one of the two goals of hooks on Saturday and helped the other by Philip Kurashev.
“It is a hard pill to swallow to lose, but at the end of the day, a large picture (AT) play. I think people know this. But you have still won. ,
Kurashev said, “When you play badly, you deserve to lose. This is disappointing. ,
Culture is also a process.
Hawks cannot be satisfied just with the youth core. They have to learn the elements of winning and repeat that formula again and again.
“I think you tell them, it does not have the right to lose.”

“I think you tell them that it is not right to lose, right?” Donato said. “This is the biggest thing. And they are not comfortable with either losing.
“These youth are hungry. They do not like to lose. This is a good thing. … This is a bright place in the future how sick these people are by losing them. I am happy to be a part of it and hope that we can increase it. ,
There are six takeaairs here.
- 1. How to describe this loss? To start “dirty,”.
- 2. Did you want a net front? Ryan Donato gives you a net front.
- 3. Okay, it quickly increased.
- 4. Arvid Soderblome fought again.
- 5. Cultural change?
- 6. A contrast in personality.
1. How to describe this loss? To start “dirty,”.
Coach Luke Richardson said that the Hawks was not composed.
“It was a real dirty game by us, from the beginning,” he said. “We really played slow. We were behind the puck and they kept coming to us, so this is a bad combination. ,
“When it is jumping on you and jumping against you, you have to be simple and slash and support and push forward and only play in another team’s field. We just can’t find out that it exits quickly. ,

This was a bad sign from the beginning when Seth Jones split the puck under no pressure – the perfect for Alexandre Texier, who took the gift and filled it in the game for 33 seconds in 33 seconds.
Richardson said, “The first drama was just a difficult. … that Pak should have been out twice before this happened, but we kept changing it back in the first period, thinking that we are going to do something better and it ended due to some bad. ,
Jones will not have a cheap final.
During the second -period power play, Nick Foligno created a spinning blind pass for Blue Jacket Defenseman Zach Verenski.
It ended as a strange man, in another way and Jones implicated Sean Kurali.

Luke Richardson: “A little bit, yes. Just not composition. … Just not a smart game.” pic.twitter.com/gron1igooi

Richardson said, “On power play, we get the puck and we get nervous and throw it away when they are really back. … perhaps rather than taking a step and some composition and feeling, looking and talking with each other. Not just a smart game.
“Even on the change on power play, you are disappointed, so three people change, (Columbus) is smart so they take off and get 3 -on -1, and Seth really had to take punishment on it. That kind of things.
When Hawks jumped out of a crowd and passed behind Boris Kachouk Isaac Philips, it was raised by Yogor Chinkhov.
Richardson said, “Four-four-four, their fine is running out, and we turn the puck on the blue line in the second period instead of dumping it, and now we are on our heel and we are tired.” We have gone away with it, but it was not just a very smart game. “
Kurashev said that it was just a poor execution.
“We had more stuff, they were never flat, and dumplings jumped,” he said. “We have got to find out how to play under those circumstances. We did not do a good job tonight. ,
“I think we were not doing overall today. On us and on luggage, they were never flat and only dumplings were jumping. ,

Hawks gave Anthony Betville a quick hook, playing in the top row with Connor Bedard and Kurashev.
Now, they are giving Donato, who started the season on the line of beddard, another spin.
Richardson said before the game, “A man from Donato who goes to the net and is a shooter.” “We thought it looks good at the end of the previous game. We tried to do something and we thought that we will give it here tonight. ,
It did not start well.
During the first period, Kevin Korchinski established Donato with a one -time opportunity from Net Front, but he said.
Donato could not remember it after the game.
“I wish I could,” he said. “Maybe I gave me a great pass that I somehow spoiled it.”
However, later in this period, Donato passed a pass behind Bedard from the back of the net, which kicked Kurashev for the first goal of the Hawks.
In the third, Kurashev’s shot jumped from the back wall and Donato charged and tuck it into the corner.
This was Donato’s first goal since December 22.
“I am glad that we finally have some crime, but at the same time we have become responsible at our end,” he said.
Richardson gave Donato equal to a B+.
“Many times Donato, like everyone, beaten the Pak, probably twice, but his attempt was very good in going to the net,” he said. “That’s what he does well, and he was rewarded with the goal, which was good to see.
“Hopefully, he can bring some confidence for him on the scorchheet. He first missed one and whisper on one, but I like it at the right place to get a chance. ,
3. Okay, it quickly increased.

Texier’s initial goal was allowed the second lowest score for Hawks’s opponent this season.
Here are three scores by the opponent:
- 39 seconds: Oliver Ekman-Larsen, 4-3 losses to Florida Panthers on 12 November
- 33 seconds: Alexandre Texier, Columbus Blue Jacket lost 5-2 on Saturday
- 15 seconds: Sydney Crossbie, Pittsburgh Penguin damage 4-1 on 15 February
4. Arvid Soderblome fought again.

It was not a disaster – like earlier sports in which it was or should have been drawn – which has become the ideal of soderblome.
On the positive side, he escaped from a slow start by Hawks Defense, where they could not get a stick on the cup (not counting a jones).
On the evil, there is no way to mark Matthew Olivier Backhand Gol as nothing but soft.
“Yes, I think, small side,” Richardson said. “But it came early and (Olivier) shook it because it was coming, changed the speed, changed the direction slightly and found a hole.
“Everything is fine against us tonight, it seemed lucky just to go inside.”
5. Cultural change?

Tyler Johnson brings a unique perspective to the Hawks Locker Room.
He got Tampa Bay Lightning to see himself in the back-to-back winners. In the last few sessions, he has noticed that Hawks dropped it down and started with scratches.
“I was lucky in Tampa, we originally built for 10 years,” he said on Saturday after a skate. “Our first year we did a lot of people business and they wanted to change the culture, and it took a long time.”
Hawks are a turnstile when it comes to leadership. Outside are old guards such as Jonathan toz and Patrick Kane. There are new people like Nick Foligno and Jason Dicinson.
Johnson, another leader, can get himself out of Chicago if he does business this week or does not sign again with hooks.
“Culture is a funny thing, because when you have it, you just have this, you know,” he said. “This is one of the things you have to make it, but when you come to new people, it changes.
“People have different personality, different ways to do things. Three years ago from my first year, it is completely different that it is now just because we have had a lot of different changes, so many different people. ,
Not only the players, but also the coaching staff and the front office have changed significantly as the then GM Stan Boman did a business for Johnson in July 2021.
“So, it takes some time to build,” he said.
6. A contrast in personality.
Follingo has taken the mantra of the W Facto captain, but Richardson said that he also counts on Johnson.
“Tyler is an easy man. He is definitely not loud as Nick, ”the coach said. “But he is always talking on the bench in a calm manner that is about the things that need to do better or good things, where Nick is going to stand, and slam his stick and Rah-rah.
“Just different styles, but of course similar characteristics, of course.”
