An opening program made a splash on Sunday for special Olympic Illinois on Sunday.

A polar dip in the martial-putum fairground in Henry to raise money for special Olympic Illinois. The event was organized by 2023 marshal-Putam County Fair Queen Nadia Caling with local police and fire departments.
