Karishma Osborne added 16 points while Kiki Rice had 13 for Bruce (25–5), who divided her two regular season meetings with second seeded Trojan, each won on their home court.

Osborne made the UCLA in the first half with 12 points, helping Bruce shoot 44.8% (13 for 29).

UCLA: Bruce finished 22nd in the nation with 78.3 points per game during a regular session, but secured 62.7 points in his last four matches.
Utah: Uutase came to 19th in the country with a plus -18 rebounding margin in the game, with 27.2 defensive rebels per game (60th). But they were dropped from Bruins 42-27.
