A 12 -year -old child has been arrested in connection with a danger about a collective shooting at a middle school in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Norwood police say that detectives arrested a middle school student after a non-specific threat, which was built towards the Cocale Middle School. An investigation began on Friday morning when the police found a screenshot of a group text, which was warned of a shooting that was scheduled to be held at the school on Washington Street.

The message was started to the screenshot shared with the police, and the detectives later learned that there was a warning of an incident to be held on Monday.
