A 12 -year -old child has been arrested in connection with a danger about a collective shooting at a middle school in Norwood, Massachusetts.
Norwood police say that detectives arrested a middle school student after a non-specific threat, which was built towards the Cocale Middle School. An investigation began on Friday morning when the police found a screenshot of a group text, which was warned of a shooting that was scheduled to be held at the school on Washington Street.
The message was started to the screenshot shared with the police, and the detectives later learned that there was a warning of an incident to be held on Monday.
One of the numbers in the group text was unknown, while other students were questioned by the police whether they could help identify other numbers.
According to the police, the text message included some details, which made the person who sent it to the middle school. While other parts of the message consisted of reference passing of an “army” and were asked for the purpose of doing 17 years ago with an incident, it was not explained otherwise.
Sandesh also warned that the phone number being used could not be detected.
