The business -owned businesses of the village Jim Justice and his family are demanding historical resorts, as well as a group of private residences, demanding the auction of an courtyard of the Greenbier Sporting Club at least temporarily.
A lawyer representing the Greenbier Sporting Club Development Company on Wednesday filed a proposal for initial prohibition at Greenbier County. It is on an initial filing from justice companies last week.
Oppose the filing of the Justice, “An initial prohibition is not only prudent to allow the orderly suzerain of the claims of the parties in this complex case, this is what the law needs.”
Justice Motion, after a public notice by Carter Bank and Trust, is in response to the Greenbier Sporting Club at the Courthouse Steps on 5 March to satisfy a multi-million dollar loan from Justice and his family.

For a lot of praise, Justice’s family dropped the prestigious Greenbier out of bankruptcy in 2009.
In the last one year, Carter Bank and Trust of Martinsville, VA., Justice, his wife Kathy and his son Jai have been moving ahead to collect $ 300 million in individually guaranteed loans, which runs the family coal operations.
The loans coming on 15 April last applied to several branches of the family’s trade network, including Greenbier Hotel Corporation, Greenbier Golf and Tennis Club and Greenbier Sporting Club.
Justice filing in the Greenbier Circuit Court suggests that a deed of the trust to apply to the property is valid only $ 250 million. The filing indicates a claim of a separate justice in the Federal Court, with Carter Bank liable to $ 1 billion for unfair commercial practices. The justice business should not be auctioned until the federal dispute is clarified.
The Greenbier Sporting Club is a private club that provides membership for those who buy real estate around the Greenbier Resort. Greenbier Sporting Club Development is a real estate arm owned by Justice.
The justice filing specifies that the property includes summit and lodges for the auction, which are shared facilities owned by the Sporting Club, where food and recreational activities are available for the members, and the Snedal Golf Course, which is also owned by the Sporting Club for the use of members.
Apart from this, there are many in the Sporting Club owned by the development company for the auction.
“Shared facilities are essential for the members of the Sporting Club to enjoy their sporting club residences and the value of those habitats,” said Justice Filting. “Shared facilities are also necessary for the development company’s ability to successfully sell the market and many.”
Auctioning properties will damage the overall value, justice filing states: “Shared facilities are the major facilities available to members of the Sporting Club, and if they become unavailable as a result of the sale, the value of the houses of the members will fall immediately.”
Lawyers face public interests for Justices, which overshadow in favor of being involved in sales.
“Greenbier and its affiliated institutions, including Greenbier Sporting Club, are the lifespan of the economy of Greenbier County, which directly employ about 2,000 people and indirectly support hundreds or thousands of additional jobs,” justice lawyers wrote.
“The proposed sales directly endanger jobs of approximately 200 employees, which work on assets, try to sell the defendants and damage the broader business of Greenbier as a whole.
