Brent Tyler Kelly (WVRRJA)
29 -year -old Brent Tyler Kelly of Birch River was designed to go on a trial on 2 April, but Webster County Circuit Judge Jack Alsop prosecuted on July 23 at a hearing earlier this week at Samarsville earlier this week.
The allegations against Kelly include murder, two cases of murder attempt, four cases of pride crisis and a count of a conspiracy, alleging that Kelly knew that Richie Halkomb, the person who was allegedly shooting at the police, was stopped from keeping a gun.
Baker was shot dead during a firing near RV that Kelly and Halkomb were using in the Birch river area.
Kelly’s Attorney, Robert McCoid, argued the two pretial movements this week. He wants Alsop RV’s police discovery to suppress and suppress two statements given to the police.
