Marshall falls short at Coastal Carolina

One of the worst shooting teams at The Sun Belt Conference, Marshal’s shooting continued during coastal Carolina, one of its bright days of an attempt season.

Chanticlers, the final in the Sun Belt Conference in Thre-Point Shooting at 32 percent, is connected to 12 out of 22 for 55 percent. It included 8 out of 12 attempts in the second half. And they sit in the foul line (64 percent) at the bottom of the league in the league, yet they made 14 out of 17 for 82 percent.

Combine that with 33 percent of Marshall’s performance (24–72), which involves making one of its last 10 shots, when the thundering herd had two shut down the reduction of 13 points and was likely to take the lead. “Obino got to play,” D “said Antony. “I don’t know where his aggressive game went. He is being pushed around. The players go through him.”

This is the first win for chanticals on the herd in two sessions (in total 1-3).

“I like to defeat the teams,” D “Antony said. “We have to achieve that they are not going to do it.”

Crawford, who was recently used by restraint, had a total of nine points.

“He gives you everything you want to see,” D “said Antony. “He is a good player, has always been. He needs that discipline to play our system.”

Marshall played his last two games at the Came Henderson Center this week. James Madison arrives for the Appalachian State on Saturday at 7 pm on Saturday. The tip has been pushed back by 6 pm for national broadcast on ESPN2 or ESPNU.

On behalf of women, Old Dominion had learned Marshall very little from the loss of 30 points in the first meeting. Bound on half in that one, the herd opened the game as 90–60 in the fourth period.

Saturday was the annual Play4kay, named for former Kayat Yo, former coach of the NC State, who died of breast cancer in 2009.

The herd and the old dominion wore pink. Avoid cancer, men and women, were recognized.

Marshall has two more road games next week. It is 8 pm on Wednesday in the state of Texas and 1 pm in Ul-Monro on Saturday.
